Show Your Design Skills: Become the Next SAS/M Web Site Designer.

The SAS/M Board wants a new website design and wants to show off the
talents of its membership. It is sponsoring a web design contest.
The winning designer will get entry for two to a SAS/M Party and be
credited as the designer (if he or she so desires.)

Contestants must submit a sample page for their proposed design to
Ambrosio by October 1. The winning design will be announced at the
October munch

The site will be judged on
* usability (intuitive navigation)
* consistency
* readability (concise writing style)
* cross-browser compatibility
* grammar, spelling, and formatting
* bandwidth (loading time)
* overall appearance

The site must not have or use any
* sexually explicit images or images with nudity
* proprietary programming languages or platform such as Frontpage,
ASP, PHP, or ColdFusion. (JavaScript is acceptable.)

(The designer will create a new design for the site but will not be
responsible for the site maintenance.)
